Taking to Instagram on Monday, the actress, 63, shared a heartbreaking video of River which had Eric Clapton's Tears In Heaven playing on it.

Sharon captioned it with: "River William Stone Sept. 8, 2020 – Aug. 30, 2021."

Sharing a photo of River in bed, she captioned: “My nephew and godson River Stone was found in his crib total organ failure today.

She captioned at the time: “Look who’s going home: River William Stone, my brother Patrick and his wife Tasha’s new baby.”
