Smitten Adele and Rich Paul can't conceal their smiles at an NBA game

Smitten Adele and boyfriend Rich Paul can’t conceal their smiles as they sit court-side at an NBA game… after moving in to a £47m mega-mansion together

Adele and Rich Paul were the picture of loved up on Friday as they sat court-side to watch an NBA game at Chase Centre in California.

The pair seemed to be in stitches at the sporting event, with the Easy On Me singer pulling a slew of animated faces as she spent quality time with her 40-year-old beau.

It comes after the couple recently moved in together, snagging none other than a £47m mega-mansion, formerly owned by Sylvester Stallone.

Adele, 34, donned a double denim ensemble for the outing, with dark wash jeans and an oversized jacket.

She added a pair of taupe heels to the look, while donning a glowing makeup look and bouncy blow-dried locks.

The singer sat close together with her beau, who kept casual in a black hoodie and acid wash jeans.

They seemed deep in conversation for a large part of the game, with Adele and Rich both grinning from ear to ear.

And the pair certainly have something to smile about, after recently moving in together – nabbing a new £47million ($58million) mega-mansion.

Adele and Rich bought their new Beverly Hills love nest from former owner Sylvester Stallone, after it sat on the market for the better part of the year.

The singer took to Instagram last week to share a series of loved-up snaps of the couple, including one where they both held up the keys to their abode.

Impressive: And the couple have seemingly inherited a Rocky statue from the home’s former owner Sylvester Stallone, with photos showing the statue next to the pool

Adele already owned three homes in the star-studded neighbourhood of Beverly Hills before adding Sylvester’s former abode to her property portfolio in January.

The 18,587 square-foot home was designed by Richard Landry and boasts eight-bedroom and 12-bathrooms.

Sylvester had been working hard to sell the mansion that he purchased in the ’90s, and initially listed the beautiful home for £90million ($110m), but there were no takers. In May, he cut the price down to £69million ($85m).

The Hollywood icon relisted the property for £69million ($85m) in August, and dropped the price down to £65million ($80m) in October.

Sylvester first used agency Hilton & Hyland with the agents being Paris Hilton’s dad Rick along with his son Barron Hilton II and his son’s wife Tessa.

Rick’s business partner Jeff Hyland was also listed. But he later changed agents to Tomer and Isidora Fridman, Kurt Rappaport and Jade Mills.

The property has a total of eight bedrooms on a whopping 3.5 acres, and is located in the same neighborhood where Lisa Vanderpump and Rod Stewart used to reside.

‘It’s double gated. You’re gated within the community, and then, again, when you get to the house, you’re gated,’ Mills said.

The property was designed architect Edward Granzbach and built in 1994.

The entire square feet of the dwelling is 21,000 but Mills says it’s not too big, adding: ‘Even though the square footage is very large, it’s a pretty traditional floor plan. It’s a really easy house to live in.’

Moving: Hollywood star Sylvester, 75, who has moved with his family to Florida, seemed to have left the iconic statue behind for the new owners after selling the property in January

The main house features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms including a master suite, three spacious en-suite bedrooms, and two maids bedrooms.

The opulent master suite includes a sauna, steam room, and office with a terrace.

There is also a two-story guest house with two en-suite bedrooms and full chef’s kitchen as it was designed by Richard Landry.

The primary two-story building includes a formal living room which features views to Rodeo Drive and beyond.

As if that wasn’t already enough, amenities also include a professional movie theater, a cigar room with an air-filtration system and a home gym.

Commenting on the gym, Mills quipped: ‘What would you expect Rocky’s gym to look like? It truly is Rocky’s gym, even though I’m sure the whole family uses it.’

Outside there is a massive patio with an infinity pool, spa, and even a putting green. Any gearhead would be happy to know that there is also an air-conditioned eight-car garage with an art studio.

The gated community is also home to Hollywood royalty Denzel Washington and Eddie Murphy.

Adele’s first two properties were purchased under the names The Gatefield Trust and Todd Gelfand, a partner at Adele’s business management company Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman.

She bought the third property from Nicole Richie and her musician husband Joel Madden, with the house sitting next door to both her current home and the house she purchased from ex-husband Simon Konecki in 2019.

No split: It comes after rumours that they had broken up after Rich was seen partying with his client LeBron James in Miami on the day of her 34th birthday

Adele and Rich’s house news comes after they recently enjoyed a lavish holiday to Napa Valley in California.

They were spotted enjoying a meal together at the Farmstead restaurant at Long Meadow Ranch in Napa Valley over the weekend, according to People.

An insider told the publication that the two were ‘still seeing’ each other despite rumours that they had broken up after Rich was seen partying with his client LeBron James in Miami on the day of her 34th birthday.

‘Adele is still seeing Rich. They are both very busy though,’ said the source. ‘She is working on her residency and Rich is busy with his clients. They see each other when they can.’

Romance: Months before rumours of their breakup, Adele and Rich stirred up engagement rumours after she debuted an eye-catching diamond ring

Next steps: Speaking on The Graham Norton Show in February, Adele said she was keen to have her first child with Rich

Private: The two (pictured in October) have been keeping a relatively low profile in recent months, following their last sighting at the NBA All-Star Game in February

Speaking on The Graham Norton Show in February Adele said she was keen to have her first child with Rich.

She said: ‘I would like to have more children – I only just feel like I’ve caught up with my sleep from nine years ago when I had my son.’ [with ex-husband Simon Konecki].’

Adele and her boyfriend were first linked as a couple after they were seen sitting together at the NBA finals in July 2021.

The performer has been spending time with her boyfriend following reports that she was closing to finalising a move for her postponed Las Vegas residency from The Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace to the Zappos Theater in Planet Hollywood.
