She previously took a break from social media after complaining about feeling "rough" and now Stacey Solomon has returned to update fans about her health.

The mum-of-three, who thanked fans for their endless support after landing a new show, told her followers she had tested negative for Coronavirus but still isn't feeling too good.

Taking to her Instagram stories on Wednesday, the 31 year old shared a picture of her children's breakfast and updated her fans about her mystery illness.

She wrote: "Still feeling so gross. It's not Covid thankfully. We've been tested… boys have to be tested for school so it's good to know.

"I think it's just, I don't know if anyone else gets this but, you know when you've had an intense few weeks/months and then your body just shuts down a bit at the end. I think that's what it is."

Explaining that she still wasn't back to her usual self, Stacey continued: "The boys are in school. They asked for a green breakfast for St Patrick's day. (Joe's family are Irish so he's been telling them about it).

"So they got some green m&ms in their cereal. It's all I could muster up this morning.

"I'm going to attempt to make myself another honey and lemon and attempt to actually move today. Hope you're all ok. Happy Wednesday. And a very Happy St Patrick's Day to all of you celebrating," she concluded.

The bride-to-be penned: "Body and soul is aching. Morning. Sorry I've been so quiet I feel soooo ROUGH.

"I've just got the boys into school (Rex is hating it when they leave he cuddles them all morning). I'm going to try and settle him and keep him happy until nap time then I'm sleeping with him.

"Until it's school run again. So I'll be off of stories until I get rid of this rough feeling. Hope you're ok.."

The television personality's illness comes after she candidly admitted to struggling with imposter syndrome.

Stacey, who gave her gnomes a makeover, told The Irish Independent: "This goes back to The X Factor. I couldn't believe where I was.

"When I was on it, they did these masterclasses, and it was people that I'd grown up idolising like George Michael, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston.

"And I just couldn't believe what the hell I was doing and when it was over, I thought, 'OK, this is enough for me,' and every year after that, every venture, every opportunity I've ever been given, I almost have like a slight imposter syndrome."
