Elizabeth Smart’s kidnapper has been ordered to comply with strict new rules upon her release from prison, according to court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.
Smart, now a 30-year-old mom, expressed her fear that the 72-year-old woman who helped mastermind Brian David Mitchell rape and torture her as a teen would track her down — but she’s been strictly forbidden from contacting her or her husband and children.
According to the Request and Order for Modifying Conditions of Supervision With Consent of the Offender obtained by Radar, Barzee “shall not have any contact (direct or indirect) with the victim of her offense or any family member of the victim.”

Barzee will live in an “emergency housing facility” until the probation officer “approves an alternative residence,” the documents stated.
She was also ordered to abide by a curfew of 9 pm each night.
Smart’s kidnapper was also required to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to kidnapping and unlawful transportation of a minor in 2010.

Barzee did not contest the order, and signed the document with the following statement.
“I understand that should the court so modify my conditions of supervision, I will be required to abide by the new condition(s) as well as all conditions previously imposed,” she signed on September 19, 2018.
She was released from prison in Utah around 7:45 am, a prison spokesperson told Radar.

Scott Williams, who previously told Radar that he did not believe Barzee would contact Smart after her release, insisted she would not be a threat to the community after she was released.
Smart called Barzee “twisted” and “evil” when talking about her assaults in nine months of captivity.
“She would encourage him to rape me,” she told Gayle King on CBS This Morning.

“She would sit right next to me. Like, the side of her body would be touching me.”
Radar exclusively revealed earlier this year Barzee had no regret over her cruel decision to kidnap Smart back in 2002.
“She said she was compelled to do so by God!” a pen pal told Radar of a 2017 letter. “She also said she would do it again!”
