Mutya’s sighting comes after she sent Sugababes’ fans into a frenzy after teasing a musical comeback while revealing they were back in the studio together.

The star shared a picture of herself alongside the band’s original singers Siobhán Donaghy, 35, and Keisha Buchanan, 34, to prove they were still on fire.

A message alongside the photo read: ‘Me and my beauties today #studiovibez. @keishabuchanan @siobhandonaghy.’

During its chart-topping life, the high-profile girl group, which was formed in 1998, went on to achieve mass success with five top ten albums and 18 top ten singles.

Siobhán, who became the first person to leave the pop trio at the tender age of 17, previously cited depression as the reason for her departure in 2001.

In December 2005, Mutya became the second member to leave the band before going on to release her debut solo album Real Girl which also reached the top ten charts in the UK.

The longest serving Sugababe Keisha Buchanan remained with the band until September 2009 before she was ousted and replaced with Eurovision Song Contest singer Jade Ewen, 31.
