Surgery-addicted social media star with the ‘world’s fattest vagina’ says she wants even MORE surgery on her private parts and is even planning on getting a ‘toe reduction’ to help her sell feet photos on OnlyFans

American model Mary Magdalene has spent well over $300,000 on plastic surgery, including a dangerous procedure to get ‘the world’s fattest vagina’.

And now the 25-year-old has confirmed plans to have even more surgery on her private parts.

In addition to her second vaginal enhancement, the bombshell is also keen to get a ‘toe reduction’ to make her feet prettier.

Mary currently rakes in hundreds of thousands of dollars selling raunchy videos and photos of her feet on OnlyFans.

‘My fans pay top dollar because of my extreme plastic surgery. There is no one like me in the world,’ she told The Sun. 

Despite her plans to enlarge her vagina again, the first time Mary underwent the operation she almost died.

‘I almost died during [the] procedure. I had to get two blood transfusions. The doctor said I was losing so much blood, and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die,’ she previously said.

Explaining the bizarre procedure on the No Jumper podcast, Mary said she wanted her nether regions to look ‘inflated’ so she could have ‘the world’s fattest vagina’.

‘So basically there’s this contraption that you use and it sucks your p***y and then it makes it very inflated, so I told the doctor that I just want it permanently to look like that,’ she said.

The voluptuous star said her enhanced vagina now looks like male testicles from certain angles due to the way it ‘pushes out’.

Her implants are currently 5000cc, but she also has expanders in her chest to keep her breasts growing bigger.

The heavily tattooed model had her first procedure done at the age of 21, when she was working as a stripper and escort.

Over the years, her surgeries have included a brow lift, fat transfers, multiple nose and boob jobs, veneers, liposuction, and three Brazilian butt lifts.

More recently, she went to Turkey to have her teeth filed down to get veneers, in addition to cat-eye surgery and a fourth nose job.

Mary gushed about her love of plastic surgery, insisting she even enjoys ‘the ugly parts’ of the healing process.

‘Just how people are really into extreme sports and go hiking in the mountains… I am really into extreme surgeries and go hiking into the plastic surgeon’s office,’ she said.

‘As silly and dumb as that sounds, surgery truly is one of my passions and hobbies. I do not need anything per se; I just literally love the whole process of it.’
