Sylvester Stallone calls his daughter Sophia a ‘source of bravery and pride’ as he posts gushing tribute to her in honor of her milestone 25th birthday

Proud father Sylvester Stallone posted a gushing birthday tribute to his daughter Sophia as she turned 25.   

The 75-year-old actor marked the special occasion by sharing a shot of the father-daughter pair to his Instagram account on Saturday, in which the two were seen spending time together and flashing wide smiles.

The Rocky star shares Sophia, as well as his other children Sistine and Scarlet, with his third and current wife, Jennifer Flavin.

Stallone also wrote a brief message in the post’s caption to let his daughter know about how much he and his spouse cared for her. 

It read: ‘We wish our wonderful @sophiastallone a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! You have been Have a source of bravery and pride since the moment you were born… We love you. [sic]’

Sophia also shared a trio of sizzling shots to her Instagram account, two of which showed her posing in her kitchen.

The third snap was meant to show off her ornately decorated ‘quarter life crisis’-themed birthday cake.

The Rambo franchise star has shared several photos with his three youngest children to his Instagram in the recent past.

Last month, he posed for a photo with his daughters and wife in a shot that was shared to his account on his birthday.

In the post’s caption, Stallone wrote that his ‘wonderful family is the best birthday present I could ever receive!!!’

The actor has been married a total of three times, with his first being to Sasha Czack.

The former couple went on to welcome two sons, Sage and Seargeoh, during their time together, which ended in 1985.

Sage would go on to pass away due to heart disease in Los Angeles in 2012.

Stallone later married Brigitte Nielsen in 1985 after they became engaged while working on the fourth entry in the Rocky series.

However, the pair’s marriage lasted less than two years, and they split up in 1987.

The performer was later involved with models Janice Dickinson and Angie Everhart, although neither relationship went for very long.

Stallone and Flavin initially met in the late 1980s and began a relationship, although they eventually split up in 1994 after he had an affair with Dickinson, according to People. 

They quickly reconciled and went on to tie the knot in 1997, with their Sophia arriving the year prior to their marriage.

The happy couple later welcomed Sistine and Scarlet in 1998 and 2002, respectively.
