Tim Allen has been branded ‘so f*****g rude’ by his The Santa Clauses co-star Casey Wilson amid shock allegations about his behavior on set.
Wilson, 43, who played adult Sara in the 70-year-old Home Improvement star’s hit series in 2022, claimed Allen was a ‘b***h’ on set and gave her the ‘single worst experience she’d ever had with a co-star.’
Speaking on her B***h Sesh podcast recently, Wilson said: ‘Tim Allen was such a b***h. It was the truly single worst experience I’ve ever had with a co-star ever’ – while adding she had ‘buried’ the story because she was pals with a producer on the show and her kids ‘loved the movies.’
‘So I’m in a scene. It’s just me and Tim Allen and I’m supposed to throw things at him. I think he’s a burglar.
‘So he’s coming down the chimney, obviously as Santa, and I am woken up thinking there’s an intruder, basically like a home invasion scene. So I’m throwing things at him.
‘[He] goes over to the producer who is standing four feet from me and goes, and I hear him, he goes, “You gotta tell her to stop stepping on my lines.”‘

‘The producer turns to me with horror on his face and has to walk one foot to me and he goes, “Umm, Tim would ask that you stop stepping on his lines.”‘
Wilson claimed Allen’s alleged behavior left ‘everybody walking on eggshells’ and ‘frantic’ saying: ‘When he was done, he was so f*****g rude. Never made eye contact, never said anything. It was so uncomfortable.’
She further claimed that – after she finished shooting a ‘shot that blocked her in a close up’ – Allen abruptly left the set.
She said: ‘It’s the end, and Tim Allen goes, “Leaving!”, takes his Santa cape, picks it up and drops it on the floor and walks out.
‘And they hustle in his stand-in; lovely man, who was much nicer to act against. People are scurrying to pick up his velvet Santa coat. He’s a b***h.
‘And this is the best… I will not say who said this. This was someone that I do not know, perhaps in the crew. [He or she] breezes past me and just goes, “You’re seeing him on a good day.”’
DailyMail.com has contacted Tim Allen’s representatives for comment.
The Santa Clauses was developed as a continuation of the Santa Clause franchise, which began with the release of its first film in 1994.

Allen is known for his roles in Home Improvement and as the voice of Buzz Lightyear in the Toy Story films
The original Santa Clause movie was followed up by a pair of sequels that were released in 2002 and 2006, respectively.
It was announced that The Santa Clauses had entered the development stage in January of 2022, and it was originally envisioned as a limited series.
The program premiered in November of last year, and the show holds a 57% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Back in January Allen faced another accusation about his alleged behavior on a TV set – when he denied claims Pamela Anderson made that he flashed his genitals to her more than 30 years ago, in her memoir Love, Pamela.
‘I would never do such a thing,’ Allen told Variety saying that the incident Anderson, described ‘never happened.’
In an excerpt from her forthcoming memoir obtained and published by the outlet, Anderson said the incident occurred on the set of Home Improvement in 1991 when she was 23-years-old and he was 37.
‘On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe,’ said Anderson, who played the role of Lisa on the ABC sitcom, which starred Allen as Tim Taylor.
She continued, ‘He opened his robe and flashed me quickly – completely naked underneath.’

Anderson appeared on a total of 22 episodes of the series in its first and second seasons between 1991 and 1992, making one last appearance during the show’s sixth season in 1997
Anderson, who had previously posed for Playboy magazine, continued to describe the circumstances of the encounter: ‘He said it was only fair, because he had seen me naked. Now we’re even. I laughed uncomfortably.’
Prior to breaking out as a mainstream show business star, Anderson in the early 90s had appeared on sitcoms such as Married… with Children, Charles in Charge and Top of the Heap.

She left amid massive career success with the hit show Baywatch, on which she starred as C.J. Parker.
Tim himself also took part in a number of projects following the success of Home Improvement, and went on to star in another long-lived series, Last Man Standing, and was also the voice actor of Buzz Lightyear in the Toy Story franchise.
Before his rise to fame, the comedian hit a few rough patches of his own, and was arrested in 1978 for possession of cocaine. He plead guilty to drug trafficking charges and was sentenced, but was later paroled in 1981 after spending just a little over two years in a Federal Correctional Institution.
During an interview on the WTF With Marc Maron podcast, Allen opened up about his time in prison, stating, ‘I learned literally how to live day by day. And I learned how to shut up. You definitely want to learn about how to shut up.’

Allen has been quoted as saying he ‘liked that Donald Trump pissed people off’ and has previously referred to himself as ‘politically, kind of an anarchist’.
Asked about attending Trump’s inauguration by Jimmy Kimmel in 2017, he said: ‘You get beat up if you don’t believe what everybody believes.
‘This is like Thirties Germany. I don’t know what happened. If you’re not part of the group, ”You know what we believe is right”, I go, ”Well, I might have a problem with that”. I’m a comedian, I like going on both sides.’
He added: ‘I literally don’t preach anything. What I’ve done is I’ve just not joined into, as I call it, the ”we culture”. I’m not telling anybody else how to live. I don’t like that.’
Allen also told Fox those who slam Trump in Hollywood are hypocrites, adding: ‘What I find odd in Hollywood is that they didn’t like Trump because he was a bully.’
‘But if you had any kind of inkling that you were for Trump, you got bullied for doing that. And that’s where this gets a little hypocritical to me.’
Allen’s disappearance had sparked criticism of Disney Pixar for what some believe was a shallow, politically-motivated silencing of an instantly recognizable voice.
