Tori Spelling discussed her upcoming breast augmentation to replace decades old breast implants during an appearance on Thursday’s Jeff Lewis Live on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy.

The 48-year-old Beverly Hills 90210 star went into great detail about the ‘bigger implants’ she will get, explaining that due to the shape they will actually look smaller than the ones she has now.  

Following her final consultation with a plastic surgeon, Tori revealed that she set the date for her surgery and will go under the knife on February 27, 2022.

Jeff Lewis, who previously hosted breast implant awareness month on his radio show, commended Tori for doing her ‘due diligence’ and taking the proper steps to address her 20-year-old breast implants.

Lewis then peppered Spelling with very personal questions: ‘When is it happening? How big are we going? Are we going silicone or saline? Are you doing a lift? I just have so many questions.’ 

‘They don’t know what’s in there until they get in there, basically,’ she said, referencing her old implants. 

Tori explained that her plastic surgeon will ‘take them out, clean them up, put new implants in.’

Lewis peppered Spelling with very personal questions: ‘When is it happening? How big are we going? Are we going silicone or saline? Are you doing a lift? I just have so many questions.’

Spelling struggled to decide between the two different kinds of implants which would give her ‘higher profile or moderate profile’ appearance.

Getting a bit into the nitty gritty, Tori revealed that her doctor told her she needed some ‘side boob’ too look more natural since her current implants are ‘hard’ and ‘projecting out front.’ 

‘I want to be able to dress sexy but I want to be able to conservative and not be, like, all boobs,’ she told the surgeon. 

Tori is opting for the ‘moderate implants’ and as for the size, she said her doc told her ‘letters are irrelevant.’

‘The sizing I’m getting is a little bit bigger but it won’t look it,’ she added. ‘So they’ll actually look smaller but fill out more.’

After Jeff told her they are, in fact, relevant on Jeff Lewis Live and guessing correctly that the actress has ‘full D’s’ she admitted that she’d thought she was a size C for years. 

‘The sizing I’m getting is a little bit bigger but it won’t look it,’ she added. ‘So they’ll actually look smaller but fill out more.’ 

Earlier this month the performer posted a photo that showed a glass container that had been filled with foam stress balls in the shape of breasts and revealed she was consulting with a doctor about implants.

‘After needing to for many years I’m finally addressing my expired and recalled implants,’ she penned.

Spelling spoke about the public perception regarding her surgical procedures during a 2019 interview with People.

‘The one thing for me that has stuck forever was the plastic surgery thing… People have been talking about me having plastic surgery since I was 17,’ she stated.

The actress also pointed out that she had only undergone two separate procedures despite reports that she had become accustomed to modifying her body.

‘I literally had my nose done and my boobs done, and that’s it. I’m constantly reading that I’ve done more,’ she said.

A source recently spoke to Us Weekly and told the media outlet that Spelling was unsure about her marital situation. 

They specifically remarked that the performer ‘wants a divorce, but she feels trapped right now.’ 

The insider pointed out that, although the actress was feeling ‘miserable,’ she has remained married to McDermott ‘for the kids.’

Spelling has been tight-lipped about her marital situation and has refused to provide solid answers regarding her future with her husband.
