Zara McDermott revealed she has been suffering from nausea and vomiting since contracting COVID-19 few weeks ago.
The Love Island star, 24, took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday night to explain her unfortunate side effects to her 1.5million followers and asked for their advice, leading to many informing her that the nausea is common.
Due to the natural conclusion linking the illness to morning sickness, Zara, who is in a relationship with Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson, who also caught coronavirus, was quick to tell fans that she was definitely not pregnant.

Zara wrote on her stories: ‘I had Covid weeks ago! I’m suffering really badly from nausea pretty much all day every day. Then when I eat I instantly want to vomit.
‘I’m struggling to keep down foods. I went for dinner and felt instantly sick after but I tried to hold it in. But the feeling just gets more intense until I throw up.’
She asked her followers if anyone else had been suffering with similar side effects, telling them: ‘I’ve thrown up pretty much every day for weeks and it’s getting ridiculous now!’ She added: ‘And no I’m defo not pregnant before anyone asks lol!’
Sharing her experiences she posed for a picture in her glasses with a glum expression, clearly fed up with her situation.

‘A lot of people seem to have experienced this, some even for months and months after,’ she said. ‘Which is scary and I really hope it doesn’t affect me in this way.’
Zara went on to add that many people had got in touch to tell her they had suffered similar effects when they had their Covid vaccine.
She explained she still had not been able to get her vaccine because of her Covid diagnosis and now has to wait four weeks until she can get it.

She added: ‘I had to cancel it but I am going to get it ASAP!’
Zara’s social media posts come after she put out a desperate call on social media last month in a bid to find a place to live while her and Sam’s ‘forever home’ undergoes renovation.
But it seemed Zara was all out of luck as Sam later announced on Instagram that they were set to move into his mother’s house together.
The reality stars are having modifications made to their London property and will not be able to move back in until later this year.
Sam said: ‘It’s a huge day. We’re moving out. Terrified. Absolutely terrified.

‘We are extending the kitchen and the whole ground floor basically so we are being turfed out and we’re going to move in with mum and Louise and Ryan who are also living with mum.
‘So it’s going to be a hectic couple of weeks.’
Sam’s older pregnant sister Louise and her fiancé Ryan Libbey are also staying at her mum’s due to building work in their home, which is next door to Sam’s.
Zara has been decorating the home she shares with Sam in recent months and has been keeping her fans up to date with her progress online.
