Amazon is rolling out eight days of deals starting as part of its biggest ever August Bank Holiday sale event, which kicks off today.
There are hundreds of discounts across all categories, ranging from back to school items to home and garden accessories that can be browsed at amazon.co.uk/augustsale .
Deals went live at midnight and will be available until 29 August.
Some of the top bargains we’ve spotted so far are major discounts on Amazon’s tablets and devices, including £80 off the Amazon Show, and £40 off the all-new Fire HD 10 kids edition tablet.

Alongside themed deals (to make it easier for shoppers to find what they want), there are also ‘Deals of the Day’ with limited offers on thousands of different items such as smart tech and DIY tools.

Amazon Prime – what is it and how to get it
Amazon Prime offers a plethora of services from same-day delivery to unlimited music, TV and films streaming, all for a set monthly fee.
The cost of an annual membership is £79 – either paid upfront with a one-off charge or by a £7.99 monthly fee which can be canceled at any time.
Shoppers can sign up to a 30-day free trial to take advantage of Prime perks, but must remember to set a reminder to cancel before the subscription ends – or risk being charged the full £79 annual fee.
