Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, 58, stepped out to visit Hampton Estate Farms on LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) as they had an Open Farm Sunday.

This is the farming industry’s annual open day, and Sophie looked incredible wearing a pair of earrings that had a touching tribute.

As it was a LEAF Education event, the Duchess wore a pair of silver earrings in the shape of a leaf as a moving gesture.

Royal fan @Mari_Edinburghs tweeted: “How cute is the Duchess of Edinburgh wearing leaf earrings to attend the @LEAF_Education event today?”

Twitter user @Remisagoodboy, who is also an expert in royal fashion, replied: “She wears these a lot, but it is adorable that she chose to wear them today. Sadly, they have never been identified.”

Royal watcher @HgLoew said: “Could they be just handmade like this?” with an accompanying picture of silver leaf earrings that were identical to Sophie’s.

Another fan, @Emma18369457 wrote: “I love how they reflect the leaf motif on her top.”

Social media account @mxppi added: “Such a cute detail, didn’t even notice.” Royal fan @superstar35775 commented: “Oh my gosh she’s just adorable.”

Sophie teamed her earrings with her Mos Mosh “Evelyn Yoro” blossom blouse, which she first wore last year.

Its description says: “Feminine blouse with stunning flower and leaf print. This blouse is designed in a loose silhouette with a cute keyhole at the neckline and smock details at the cuffs.

“It comes with a top underneath. We love it with a shirt or together with jeans.”

For footwear, Sophie wore her Penelope Chilvers High Daisy Mary Jane espadrilles, which she also debuted last year.

Their description reads: “Designed in our PC signature bespoke fit, and a daisy chain design that’s reminiscent of long sunny days spent on the grass. Handcrafted with rustic over stitching details on the sole.”

To further accessorise, Sophie wore her Patrick Mavros Zozo pair necklace in silver, which the Duchess has worn for the last decade.

Amazingly, the £140 necklace is still in stock with its description saying: “Wearable ZoZos for those who have fallen in love with the family of round little elephants.”

Finally, Sophie wore her Ray Ban RB4227 sunglasses in light Havana and brown, which came in a tortoise shade before being sold out.

The Duchess of Edinburgh has worn these Ray Ban shades since 2016, making them a trustworthy accessory.
