Like a true proud parent, Harry shared the photo of his growing family on his Instagram page and revealed how Katie did not require pain relief for the water birth.
Sharing the happy news with his 6.5 million followers, the football star said he was "so proud" of his fiancee for delivering their "beautiful addition to the family."
Describing the "most amazing water birth", Harry added that Katie, 25, required "no pain relief at all" in a post that has now been liked over 677,000 times.
The proud dad then went on to use the hashtag #hypnobirthing as the reason behind the smooth delivery.
This is the second time Katie has opted for the mindful birthing practice as she previously "had the most amazing water birth" during her daughter Ivy's delivery in January 2017.
Reflecting on her first birth experience in January 2017, Katie said she was "very scared about labour and was recommended to try hypnobirthing."
Considering she also needed "no pain relief or gas and air" during that delivery (along with the help of "incredible birthing partner" Harry Kane), it'll come as no surprise that Katie settled on the same birthing plan this time round.
Long-term childhood sweethearts Harry and Kate now share two daughters and got engaged in July last year.
Their two daughters Ivy and Vivienne also share the same middle name Jane.
Along with the thousands of comments congratulating the couple of their "gorgeous" new arrival, the Tottenham player's post left fans in stitches in how the picture made it seem like he was wearing a DRESS.
