After years of bouncing around the Big Apple, New York Fashion Week may find a permanent home at Hudson Yards.

That’s according to Kenneth Himmel, CEO of Related Urban, the developer of the luxury development on Manhattan’s West Side.

“We are having ongoing discussions and we think we could make a good case to become the permanent home for the fashion shows,” said Himmel, who was a keynote speaker at the Retail Leaders Circle conference at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel New York on Tuesday.

Himmel confirmed rumors that Related has been lobbying to host the event, which is currently spread out at multiple venues around the city including Lincoln Center.
