WHEN it comes to fashion, supermarket giants are delivering time and time again.
And the latest store to win praise with shoppers is none other than Sainsbury’s.
One style fan visited her local store to check out their selection for spring and summer – and left with so much more than she expected.
Sophie Clare White couldn’t believe everything Sainsbury’s had hanging on their rails and snapped up several bargain buys from pastel coloured jeans to COS jacket dupes.
And Sophie, who can be found via TikTok on her profile @sophieclarewhite, said she’d found herself spoilt for choice as she liked every single item in her haul.
However, the shopper said as much as she’d like to, she couldn’t keep everything as it would break the bank.
So she appealed to her 21.8k social media followers for their help as she said she needed their advice on what to keep and what to send back.
In a recent video, Sophie – who was seen wearing a Sainsbury’s racer back vest top – explained: “I bought some stuff from Sainsbury’s so let’s try it on.”
She then delved into her bag and got out three pairs of lightly coloured jeans – in orange, lilac and a light denim – that she’d picked up in a size 14 regular or short.
And she soon had her first clothing predicament when she said she loved all three of the “cute” trousers.

Next, she showed off some light jackets, perfect for spring and summer, that she said wouldn’t have looked out of place in a posh high-street store.
And the best part is both coats – which were the same style in slightly different colours – only cost £25, and could be easily mixed and matched with each of the pants.
Trying on a simple beige one with big statement buttons, Sophie said: “I got these jackets because I thought they looked like they could be from COS.
“It’s the jacket for me, I love it.”
Sophie then explained: “I bought all of this stuff seriously in a rush, thinking, ‘I’ll just grab it, try it on and I’ll return half of it…
“I’m going to be skint this month, look how cool these are,” she added, pointing to the lilac trousers she had just tried on.
She added: “Sainsbury’s is really coming through.
“Sainsbury’s, man, what are you doing? I want to keep it all!”
And her followers weren’t much help, either, as they encouraged her to invest in the lot, saying she had never looked better.
One wrote: “Keep it all! Looks so good on you!”
A second added: “All stunning on you.”
