A MUM-TO-BE has stunned people online after demonstrating how she can make her pregnancy bump disappear.

Chloe Elizabeth Rose, 20, has shown off her unique skill plenty of times on TikTok.

But in her most recent video Chloe shared how she can make her bump disappear so that she can wear her pre-maternity jeans – and it left viewers in disbelief.

The video has been viewed almost one million times, and many viewers were left wondering where the baby had gone.

Chloe said: "When you are 32 weeks pregnant and just want to fit into your jeans."

Wearing a cute beige bralette to show off her baby bump, Chloe then contracted her stomach muscles and pulled in her tum showing a dramatic reduction in the size of her bump.

Chloe, who is currently eight months pregnant was then able to do up her tiny jeans effortlessly.

She jokingly used the famous TikTok song 'Poof be gone,' as she sucked in her stomach to make the bump disappear.

The mum previously posted a video explaining how she was able to shrink her baby bump, after some people questioned whether it was safe to do.

She said: "Transversus Abdominis breathing is recommended to strengthen your core and pelvic floor in pregnancy. It does NOT harm the baby in any way."

People were blown away by the video, with many wondering where the baby had gone.

One wrote: "The baby went to the back rooms."

"The baby : poof, be gone," joked another viewer.

A third asked: "Is the baby ok and where did it go?"

"But where did the baby go?" questioned a fourth person.

Another quipped: "The baby be having claustrophobia."

The NHS website states that if you were already active before pregnancy it can be a good idea to do some stomach strengthening exercises to help with blood circulation and ease backache.
