Royal family news – Massive 'turning point' in Kate Middleton's relationship with Princess Charlotte uncovered by expert | The Sun

A Royals expert has revealed the "turning point" in Kate Middleton's relationship with her daughter, Princess Charlotte.

This week has seen young Charlotte attend the Commonwealth Games with her parents, the Princess' first time attending a public event with her family.

According to Royal and body language Judi James, this marks a "turning point" in the mother-daughter relationship.

Judi said: “Kate goes to great lengths here to engage and inform her daughter Charlotte.”

She added that Kate uses “some very expressive gesticulation in what looks like a bid to build her enthusiasm, anticipation and excitement for the sport they are watching.

“But judging from Charlotte’s facial expressions and body language, Kate could soon become redundant in this role and start to just sit back and relax in public, as Charlotte looks the most enthralled member of the entire royal party.

“There’s a point in every parent-child relationship where there is a sense of friendship growing out of the nurturing role.

“This happens when the parent begins to enjoy the communication and shared fun as much as the child, and this looks like that kind of turning point in Kate and Charlotte’s relationship.

“There’s a growing sense of like-minded enjoyment between Kate and her daughter here as well as between Charlotte and her dad William.”

Spooky William and Kate scared off Harry's ex

A book has been released stating that one of Harry's exes was put off by the Cambridges.

Before marrying Meghan Markle, Prince Harry had two serious girlfriends, Chelsea Davy and Cressida Bonas.

In a book titled Battle of Brothers: William and Harry – The Inside Story of a Family in Tumult, Robert Lacey describes what he said caused Cressida to leave the young prince.

According to Marie Claire, Lacey explained: "A rising actress, Cressida did not enjoy the critical remarks that she could hear people making behind her back when she walked down the street in London.

"She felt that the fame of her relationship put her ‘in a box.’

"She was said to have been "completely spooked" after watching the TV coverage of William and Kate touring New Zealand with baby George in tow. That was not the way she would want to enjoy her eight-month-old son, she regretfully explained to Harry."

The truth about what the royal wedding cakes mean about each couple (3/3)

A psychologist has looked at some of the recent wedding cakes and share what he thinks this means about them.

Darren Stanton, speaking on behalf of Coffee Friend, has analysed the wedding cakes to say what they mean and what they say about who they’re made for.

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank – Stanton described this cake as “ornate and Victorian looking with a very intricate pattern.” It had five tiers and flowers that matched Eugenie on the day.

Explaining what he thought this all meant, Stanton shared: “I think Eugenie has a very unique style of dress.

“The cake demonstrates her individuality as well as a desire for intricacy and good attention to detail.”

Prince Charles and Camilla – Their cake was a single tier, which Stanton suggested was a “very traditional but elegant and individualistic choice.

“It’s reminiscent of many of Camilla‘s clothes she wears now as she’s very keen to wear white and cream when attending events with Prince Charles, plus I just think it speaks volumes in simplicity as to the fact the couple did not want to really make a massive event out of the wedding.”

The truth about what the royal wedding cakes mean about each couple (2/3)

A psychologist has looked at some of the recent wedding cakes and share what he thinks this means about them.

Darren Stanton, speaking on behalf of Coffee Friend, has analysed the wedding cakes to say what they mean and what they say about who they’re made for.

Queen and Prince Philip – Their cake was 9ft tall and weighed 500 lbs (227 kg). An average healthy adult weighs 75kg. “There is psychology to suggest that the bigger and greater the cake, the larger the statement.”

In this case, it may be linked to Queen, then Princess, Elizabeth’s place in the family. Or the statement Prince Philip wanted to make.

Princess Diana and Prince Charles – Stanton suggested the cake appeared rigid and stiff, which may represent “Prince Charles’s behaviour towards Diana back then.”

Surprising Royal feature in Hollywood blockbuster

Working royals are typically unable to work, which was why Meghan Markle had to give up her career when she married Prince Harry.

But in 2009, the royal rules were discarded as one of the Queen‘s grandchildren took to Hollywood.

Princess Beatrice was cast to be a lady-in-waiting in a film starring Emily Blunt and Rupert Friend named The Young Victoria, with Blunt playing the titular role.

Beatrice has often been compared to her great-great-great-great-grandmother: “Can we just take a moment to recognise just how much Princess Beatrice looks like Queen Victoria but with the addition of flame red hair”

Darren Stanton, speaking on behalf of Coffee Friend, has analysed the wedding cakes to say what they mean and what they say about who they’re made for.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle – Prince Harry and Meghan opted for a non-traditional cake flavoured with lemon and elderflower, and covered with buttercream and flowers.

The cake looked in step with the season of Spring as they married in May. With both the flavour and the look being more modern and it’s clear that their wedding cake represents them.

Prince William and Kate Middleton – The Cambridges opted for an extravagant eight-tiered cake, but which was very traditional in decoration and design.

“The cake represented their values steeped in tradition, and both being conventional and traditional in their approach to Royal duties.”

The 'Sinister' part of Kate Middleton's youth

A royal commentator has shed some light on the truth of Kate's younger years before marriage.

Viral TikToks have surged showing Wills and Kate living it up in London night clubs.

While they looked like they were having a ball, Daniela Elser insists there was a much more "sinister" reality for Kate's life at the time.

Daniela says for "five full years, Kate was chased, harangued, dogged and generally harassed by certain quarters of the media."

The commentator wrote for the NZ Herald, that paps would call her a "b****, w*** and a s***."

She says that "until the second that Kate got Diana, Princess of Wales' enormous sapphire on her left hand, Kate occupied a miserable no mans land."

Daniela tells of how Kate was deemed an ordinary citizen and would not have any official protection from the royal family.

The future of the Royal balcony is changing

Many will think of the balcony being filled with all of the Queen’s family, their spouses, and children.

In recent months, there’s been talk that those who will be invited to be on the balcony will only be royals who are in direct line to the throne and their families.

This includes Prince Charles and Camilla, Prince William and Kate, and Prince George, and for now, his siblings.

However, during the Trooping of the Colour to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the Queen included the Wessex family as well as Princess Anne and her husband, Sir Tim Laurence.

Prince Charles slammed over £1million charity donation from Osama bin Laden’s family

Prince Charles has been slammed over a £1million charity donation from Osama bin Laden’s family.

His charity is likely to dodge a probe by watchdogs but the gift has seen his judgment questioned.

The cash, from brothers of the terrorist mastermind behind 9/11, went to the Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation (PWCF) in 2013.

Future king Charles, 73, earlier had a private meeting with Bakr bin Laden at Clarence House.

It came two years after US special forces killed Bakr’s paternal half-brother Osama, 54, in Pakistan.

Royal biographer Angela Levin said: “This leaves a very, very bad taste in your mouth."
