Weighted hula hoop

THE Kuyou weighted HULA HOOP is the perfect quick exercise to tighten your stomach, hips and bum in the comfort of your living room.

I found the 1kg weight ideal for building good momentum and after doing it for 20 minutes a day I have lost 2cm from my waist – and have seen an improvement in my posture.

Skipping rope

THE Opti skipping rope has ergonomic handles to give a good grip. The high-quality ball bearings help build up speed and comfort during exercise, which has definitely improved my stamina.

I liked that the timer stops when you do, for a more accurate workout time, and it fits in your bag to work out on the go.

Fitness skates

OXELO Fit100 inline fitness SKATES allow beginners to discover the joys of short-distance skating.

I found rollerblading a great source of cardio and my whole lower body got a full muscle workout. I love using these.

BUDGET – The Ordinary Argireline Solution

The Ordinary Argireline Solution 10 per cent: A lightweight serum dubbed “Botox in a bottle” for its ability to improve the appearance of wrinkles.

Best results are seen from continuous use twice a day. I noticed a difference after two weeks. A bit slow, maybe – but no needles.

The Ordinary Argireline Solution, £5.50, 30ml, escentual.com

MID-RANGE – Notox youth boost eye serum

Scientia, Notox youth boost eye serum: Eye serum formulated with SNAP-8, an amino acid peptide solution that relaxes the muscles around the eyes.

Only half a pump is needed for both eyes, so the small bottle lasts well.

Eye area was left plumped and firmer with a slight reduction of lines. Feels luxurious. My favourite.

LUXURY – Sienna X eye cream

Sienna X eye cream: Formulated with SPF and marine bamboo extract to protect skin from ageing and sun damage.

I found this super-nourishing under eyes and it helped to improve dark circles as well as plump the under-eye area.

Great option for holidays but not a long-term solution.
