Woman shares her secret 3p hack to stop chub rub in its tracks – it makes her thighs 'slip and slide' | The Sun

THERE'S nothing worse than putting a cute dress on to enjoy the summer weather, only for your thighs to start rubbing painfully within seconds.

But one woman has shared her hack for stopping chub rub in its tracks, and it costs just 3p.

Brooklynn took to TikTok to respond to someone asking how she deals with chafing, especially considering she's a keen runner.

"I do like wearing shorts because I live in a very warm climate, so I'm taking coconut oil and putting it on the inside of my leg," she explained.

"A very generous amount, so that I'm just slipping and sliding all the way through."

She added that sometimes she mixes things up and does a mixture of coconut oil and baby oil but, on this occasion, was just using the coconut.

"Does it last??" another asked.

With Brooklynn replying: "I haven't run longer than 1.5hours, but yes it lasts that long for me."

"Deodorant works great too!" another suggested.

"Dry shampoo works too," a third wrote, while someone else commented: "Silicone based lube also works!"

But coconut oil is probably one of the most cost-effective solutions, considering you can get a 500ml jar of it for just £3.49 on Amazon.
