Amanda Holden sent her fans wild as she stripped off to enjoy a relaxing treatment in Manchester, showing a glimpse at her luxury massage.
Amanda, 50, looked content as she lay topless on a massage table covered with a white towel, wearing a gold bracelet with her blonde locks pulled back.
She captioned the snap: "Enjoyed a fabulous massage by @secretspauk #manchester in my hotel room last night."
The well deserved massage comes as Amanda has been travelling around Scotland with her Heart radio co-host Jamie Theakston to support and raise awareness of Global Radio’s Make Some Noise, an experience Holden said gave her a ‘reality check’.
The pair went to Heart radio’s Glasgow headquarters, and Susan Boyle made a rare public appearance to speak with Amanda Holden on Monday.
The iconic BGT star appeared on Heart to speak about her audition and when asked about Piers Morgan she said “I respect him but I don’t fancy him. I’ve grown up a bit now!”
Theakston and Holden had to travel by car to Newcastle together and unfortunately for Amanda, Jamie had eaten a lot of haggis before the drive.
“Jamie has eaten his body weight in haggis. We will find out in the car journey on the way to Newcastle, that will be me suffering. Can you imagine what Jamie's bowels look like now? I've got to keep the windows open."
Jamie laughed and responded with: "I had deep fried Mars bars, Buckfast brownies, haggis, a full Scottish breakfast, square sausages. Amanda got the memo. We've got to share a car for three hours so she's in for a treat."
This comes after Holden posted a super glam Instagram video wearing a yellow ball gown walking through a magical blue backdrop with twinkling fairy lights in celebration of Walt Disney World’s 50th birthday.
Adoring fans showered her with compliments, commenting “Princess feels”, “A true Disney princess”, “You look divine, like you’ve come out of a fairytale” and “The people’s Cinderella”.
Amanda’s new mockumentary show The Holden Girls: Mandy and Myrtle has had recent success.
The series follows Amanda and her grandmother Myrtle, played by comedian Leigh Francis – also known as Keith Lemon – as they get up to mischief in their everyday lives.
