Katie Price's fiancee Carl Woods has slammed suggestions that the couple have broken up.

Rumours of the split began to circulate after the former glamour model was pictured not wearing her engagement ring.

Ex-Love Island star Carl used his Instagram story on Tuesday evening (April 19) to rubbish claims that the pair are no longer together.

He said: "I wanted to come on here and clear it up. Engagement ring on, engagement ring off. It's all bull****."

He went on: "I think it's ridiculous and that's all I've gotta say on it."

The 33-year-old's outburst comes amid mounting speculation surrounding some of his latest social media posts.

One person wrote: "Just seen you are with her, why lie that you are not with her anymore and your mental health was suffering because of it. You are taking people for mugs feeling sad for you."

Another commented: "What's everyone going mad for because Carl's with Katie. LOL not like y’all stood a chance, two consenting adults they can do what the hell they like. Find your own BFs, Enjoy your hols guys."

A third wrote: "What ever you choose to do though we will support you! Hopefully Katie will be prepared to work through her abandonment issues and heal, because she is worthy of and deserves to give herself that gift of being a whole person."

Pictures taken over the Easter weekend showed the couple together at the airport.

Carl lashed out at internet trolls at the time as he shared a cryptic post about failure on his story.

The post referred to people who want to "kick you when you're down".

He wrote: "Some people want to see you fail just to say, 'I told you so'. Most hope you fall, so they can kick you while you're down.

"Then there are those who want nothing more than to get you to think you are a failure because they believe they are better than you.

"Whatever you do, whether you fall, fail or flop make sure you keep the faith. Your time will come and so will theirs."
