Stephen Bear has reportedly been moved to an isolation wing for vulnerable prisoners after he was sent down for 21 months.

The disgraced reality star, 33, was handed a 21-month sentence after being found guilty of voyeurism, disclosing private, sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, and harassment without violence.

The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate has reportedly sparked concern for his welfare, with hail staff "on orders to keep an eye on" him.

A source claimed to The Mirror: "Bear is being treated with kid gloves."

He is currently at HMP Chelmsford, Essex, which is a Category B jail.

The jail has had issues with self-harm and has a Samaritans service running.

A source said: "There's always a concern about high-profile prisoners. Everyone in here knows what he's done and how he fancies himself as a celebrity."

Bear, who claimed he did not get a fair trial after being found guilty, was first arrested in January 2021.

He was charged in May 2021 with three offences and pleaded not guilty, but was found guilty on December 13, 2022.

Love Island star Georgia Harrison, who was the woman in the video, waived her right to anonymity in order to try and help other victims find the confidence to report the crimes.

She has since appeared in a harrowing documentary for ITV about the trial, which told of how she discovered the existence of the tape.

The brave reality star said on the show: "I've had my dignity and my privacy ripped [from] beneath me, I've had my life changed forever.

"I've lost self-respect. I feel guilt, I feel ashamed. And he's just laughing, joking, having the time of his life."

Bear used the trial as a chance to act up in front of cameras, turning up to court in flamboyant suits and in a chauffeur-driven rented Rolls-Royce while smoking a cigar.

He even posed for a selfie with an apparent fan before his sentencing.

One laughable moment in the documentary saw him leave court expecting a fanfare outside, however there was nobody there.
