Kate Ferdinand has opened up on the real reason she and husband Rio hide their children's faces online.
As well as one-year-old son Cree, the former TOWIE star is also a step-mother to Rio's three kids Tate, 13, Lorenz, 15, and Tia, 10.
Over the years, the married couple have made the conscious effort not to feature their kids online.

Speaking to fans on Instagram yesterday (July 6), Kate – who often hides the children's faces using emojis – revealed the reason behind the couple's decision.
It came after a fan questioned the star during a Q+A, saying: "Why don't you show the kids' faces? Not even Cree?"
The comment didn't go unnoticed by Kate, who explained: "As much I would love to show you guys how funny, talented, cute and beautiful they all are.
"At the moment, we think it's important, especially given everything they have been through, that they can grow up without the added pressure of social media and everyone's opinions.
"We all make mistakes, change and grow and as kids I think it's important to be able to do that without the world watching."
However, Kate, 31, went on to reveal that it's not a lifelong decision.
"Although, saying all of this, when they are a certain age it's as much as their decision as it is ours," she added.
"I'm sure you will be seeing them all at some stage."
It comes after Rio, 43, recently revealed he and Kate have banned their children from using TikTok.
Being the youngest child able to use social media, his daughter Tia isn't permitted on the video app without one of her parents close by, in fear of what she might see on the platform.
Speaking to the Daily Star, he said: "I think that’s a key point as to why I’ve got really excited about WeAre8 – constant conversations around breakfast or dinner with my kids and with Kate, telling them why they're not allowed on TikTok.
"My daughter especially, because she's the youngest, we sit there and we're not debating it but we're telling them why. Like, 'you can go on it if I'm sitting there watching you, behind you, or if Kate's sitting there watching you', because I don’t know what she’s going to see, I don't know what's being thrown at her."
Former England professional player Rio has three kids from his first marriage to late wife Rebecca Ellison.
Sadly, Rebecca died from breast cancer in 2015 at the age of 34.
Shortly after meeting her husband, Kate quit TOWIE to focus on family life and help raise his three grieving children.
Earlier this year, the former reality star admitted she was "grateful" for the youngsters.
She said: "We are one family and they call me ‘Mummy Kate’ now. We talk most evenings before bed, and we all have a bit of a debrief about our day. I love this age and love that we can get into big family debates about different topics.
“Tia is like Cree’s second mum. She’s always around the house to entertain him. And he loves football. The boys are always playing footie with him in the house so he’s kicking a ball constantly. He is the boss and thinks he is a teenager and isn’t even two.”
