Dancing On Ice star Maura Higgins has provided her fans with some relationship advice as she gave her suggestions on how to deal with a break-up.
The former Love Island babe, who recently split from Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice, took to her Instagram to participate in a Q&A session with her 3.3 million online followers.
But when one of her fans questioned her on what was the "best way to get over a break up" Maura, 31, was on hand to help.
Replying back to the message on her Instagram story she penned: "Allow yourself to grieve! Spend time with the people you love & always remind yourself that everything happens for a reason!!
"The people who are meant to be in your life will be in your life," she added.
The brunette bombshell accompanied her message with an alluring photo of herself wearing a black blazer-styled blouse with 3/4 sleeves.
Wearing her hair in a wavey style, Maura's make up was applied perfectly in the snap.
The Sun previously reported that Giovanni decided to break up from the TV star, claiming that their busy schedules and lack of time together spent together caused a strain on their short-lived romance.
The publication also reported that dancer Giovanni was not ready to settle down yet.
Speaking to the newspaper, a source claimed: "Maura is flying here, there and everywhere for her modelling career and Giovanni is working 24/7 on Strictly, and does not plan to settle down after this season of Strictly is over."
Maura and Giovanni only went public with their relationship in July and appeared to be making plans for their future.
During the summer, sources claimed that Giovanni told his close friends that he was ready to propose and believed that Maura was "the one".
However, the couple surprised fans when they called time on their relationship in October.
At the time of their breakup, many fans believed that Giovanni had been struck by the infamous Strictly curse and suspected that his celebrity dance partner Rose Ayling-Ellis may have had something to do with it.
However, the Italian dancer shut down the claims and told fans to focus on the importance of shedding light on the deaf community.
