The stunning star was voted the Sexiest Woman Alive by American men’s magazine Esquire in 2012 and she lived up to the title by going topless for the mag's November issue.
Posing in a pair of black acid washed leather trousers, the star posed with her pert backside to the camera and seductively turned her head over her shoulder for the camera.
She cupped her naked chest with her arm and help her other arm around her head as she playfully laid her finger over her mouth.
Her long brown locks hung down her naked back and she emphasised her feature with thick back eye makeup.
In an interview for the magazine, she said” “If I wanted to charm the pants off you, I could.”
Lesbian Romp
British cinema goers were left hot under the collar over a lesbian sex scene in ballet thriller Black Swan, which saw the star getting frisky under the sheets with co-star Natalie Portman.
The racy sex scene showed the pair nude and performing a sex act, much to the shock and delight of viewers.
Black Swan received a slew of complaints due to the pornographic nature of the scene, with the British Board of Film Classification saying “It is a fairly strong scene, but it’s not anything like above the line.
"We felt Black Swan was in the boundary of a sex scene for a 15 rated film.”
Nominated for an Academy Award for her role in the movie, Natalie Portman said of the scene at the time: "Everyone was so worried about who was going to want to see this movie.
"I remember them being like, 'How do you get guys to a ballet movie? How do you get girls to a thriller? The answer is a lesbian scene. Everyone wants to see that," she told Entertainment Weekly.
Magazine Cover
Some of Mila's sexiest snaps ever have certainly come from her raunchy magazine photoshoots and her cover for GQ was no different.
Taking the cover spot to promote her comedy movie Friends With Benefits co-starring Justin Timberlake, the beauty posed up a storm as she flaunted her trim figure in a black two-piece.
The actress covered her modesty with a see-through beige top in the sizzling snap as she playfully smiled for the camera while biting down on the straw of her ice coffee cup.
Another shot from the steamy shoot shows Mila sprawled out on the floor wearing a pink silk thong and a loose peach top and she showed off her perfect pins in a pair of sky high stilettos.
Despite her obvious good looks, the star admitted in the interview that image is not her priority.
She said: “Image is not a priority for me. A lot of times, people go into this industry with a grandiose idea of fame and think the only way to achieve that is to please everybody.
"Unfortunately, that can lead to very self-conscious on-screen choices. This industry scrutinises you. It’ll tear you apart."
Topless Scene
The stunning star got up close and personal with superstar Justin Timberlake in their 2011 comedy hit Friends With Benefits.
Fans were stunned to see the star go totally topless for a sexy scene with the Cry Me A River hitmaker, as scenes show Mila standing nude from behind.
While the movie also showed what appeared to be the star’s derriere, Mila later admitted she used a body double during her sex scenes in Friends With Benefits.
The star said at the time that she was prepared to show 'side-boob' in the romantic comedy, but stopped short of revealing her naked behind.
Explaining her decision, she said: 'I showed side boob and I figured I can't just give everything all away at once. I gotta let it all out in little pieces here and there.'
In an interview with Ryan Seacrest his Kiss FM radio show, she discussed the process of casting her look alike.
'These young ladies came in and they were in a casting room with the director and the casting director and my makeup artists,' she recalled.
'These lovely women had to show us their derrière and we chose the one that resembled my body the most without looking like it is fake.'
Bikini Babe
Starring alongside blonde beauty Kirsten Dunst, Mila stole the show when appeared on screen in a tiny pink bikini and showcased her incredible figure.
The 2001 flick showed a much younger version of the star as she rocked short curly brown hair.
