TV star Mr Motivator is helping nearly-weds get fit by charging thousands of pounds to join their stag and hen dos.
The lycra-wearing legend – real name Derrick Evans – was a staple on ITV’s GMTV from 1993 until 2000, helping the nation keep healthy.
And he promises to lead stag and hen exercise classes and be the ideal “wingman” for the revellers.

The 69-year-old fitness fanatic said: “At my age you don’t get to go on as many stags as you’d like, so the prospect of doing so while meeting my fans feels really fun and exciting.
“I’m thrilled to do anything that gives me the chance to connect with the fans who grew up watching me.
“I think this is a brilliant, unique idea that can enhance what will already be one of the best weekends of the stag or hen’s life.
“And even if a stag or hen weekend isn’t exactly known for health and fitness, I hope I can still pass on some tips on how to stay fit and healthy when they get home.”
Party firm Last Night of Freedom is taking bookings for the star ahead of next year’s wedding season.
Managing director Matt Mavir said: “Having Mr Motivator with you and your mates is going to light up your Instagram or TikTok.
“He’s fun, a great sport and he’s guaranteed to offer an experience that you and your friends will remember forever.”
The keep-fit guru held public workouts in Birmingham during the Commonwealth Games.
Earlier this year, he was awarded an MBE by Prince William for his services to health and fitness after he staged online exercise classes during the Covid pandemic.
And Mr Motivator is not done yet. The star is calling on people to dust off their dance moves and join him for an epic cheerleading party this year, as he becomes a Chief Cheerleader for the British Heart Foundation ahead of the 2022 TCS London Marathon.

“Fitness and good health are a gift which we must celebrate. We’ll be cheering extra loud for our 1,000 British Heat Foundation runners who are hoping to raise £3 million for regenerative medicine to help heal hearts all over the UK.”
