Oscars 2020: Elton John, Idina Menzel and Chrissy Metz Among Song Performers

The 92nd Academy Awards, which will take place in February, will also feature a segment conducted by Eimear Noone, who will become the first woman to conduct during an Oscars telecast.

The big show at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood will also feature a segment conducted by Eimear Noone, who will become the first woman to conduct during an Oscars telecast.

Newman will perform “I Can’t Let You Throw Yourself Away” from “Toy Story 4“, Elton will belt out “(I’m Gonna) Love Me Again” from “Rocketman“, Metz will sing her Diane Warren song from the film “Breakthrough“, “I’m Standing With You”, and Menzel will return to the Oscars stage for “Into The Unknown” from “Frozen II“, while Erivo will sing “Stand Up” from her film “Harriet“.

Oscars 2020 announced its performers.

The Roots leader Questlove will accompany all five performers at the Oscars.
