Apple has finally revealed the newest designs in its iPhone lineup.
The firm unveiled the iPhone 11 at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino on Tuesday, showing off a handset with a 6.1-inch display that will come in six colors: purple, white, yellow, green, black, and Product Red.
The event began at 1 p.m. ET (10 a.m. PDT) with some brief words from CEO Tim Cook, before launching into a look at the upcoming subscription services, Apple Arcade and Apple TV+.
After months of speculation, the firm finally revealed a release date and pricing scheme for the two; both will cost $4.99 per month, giving subscribers unlimited access to their exclusive content.
Apple Arcade is slated to launch Sept. 19, followed by Apple TV+ on Nov. 1.
The firm also revealed the successor to its 6th-generation iPad, showing off a $329 tablet with a 10.2-inch screen that touts Retina Display and 3.5 million pixel resolution, and unveiled the Series 5 Apple Watch, which will feature an ‘always-on’ display for the first time.

‘Through the deep integration of hardware software and services, these products empower people to do incredible things every day,’ Cook said to the audience at the Steve Jobs Theater as he opened the event.
As expected, the iPhone 11 leans heavily into its camera features.
The aluminium and glass handset has a dual camera system, boasting a 12-megapixel camera that can switch from wide to ultra-wide, offering up to a 120-degree field of view.
Apple is expected to introduce the iPhone 11 alongside Max and Pro models, as well as a more affordable handset called the 11R.
Rumors circulating over the past few months suggest Apple may beef up the camera on its latest iPhone, potentially offering a trio of lenses this time around.
Analysts, however, suspect the handset’s design will largely stay the same compared to recent models as Apple holds out for 5G capable devices, which aren’t expected until next year.
‘I believe we are in an incremental holding pattern until 5G,’ Patrick Moorhead of Moor Insights & Strategy told Reuters ahead of the event.
‘Customers with iPhone X and beyond likely won’t have a reason to upgrade.’
Prices for the new handsets are also expected to fall in line with those that have come out in the past few years, with options falling between $749 and $1,099 depending on size and features.
A few hours before the event, CEO Tim Cook tweeted a brief message to hype up his followers: ‘Good morning from Cupertino! See you soon!’
