A Google Maps fan has found a US military training camp located just miles from the mysterious Area 51 facility.
The Reddit user u/Smash_Factor posted a screenshot of the "Military training area in Nevada desert" to the subreddit r/GoogleMaps.
In further comments, they claimed there's "weird stuff out in the NV desert near Indian Springs and Creech AFB."
One user replied: "Looks like it’s near Creech Air Force Base, perhaps some sort of extension to it."
Another added: "Yep, a neighbour in Vegas worked there."
Looking at the aerial view at 36.7834295, -115.4449318 on the app, the site is located in the middle of a mountainous part of the desert directly between Creech Airforce Base and the highly classified facility known as Area 51.
The facility located within the Nevada Test and Training Range is rumoured to host top-secret research into UFOs and extraterrestrial life.
The CIA publicly acknowledged the existence of the base for the first time on June 25, 2013, but all occurrences at the base are regarded as top secret.
Last year, a self-proclaimed UFO expert branded 'dark cube' objects were spotted flying in the area near Area 51 a warning to the US military.
The most recent sighting was reported in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 4, as a small object floats in the sky on a clear day – in an area that is famous for the Area 51 facility.

An eyewitness said: "Not sure what it was, but I know it ain't a plane or helicopter. It didn't look like any drone I have seen."
Analysing the sighting on UFO Sightings Daily, Scott C. Waring made a series of outlandish claims.
He said: "Area 51 is not far away, so aliens have a high interest in what these secret bases are up to. This is 100% proof that aliens are watching us. If that's not a warning to the US military then I don't know what is."
