A man dubbed the Russian Popeye after he inflated his muscles with dangerous OIL injections is continuing to leave people amazed – by simply staying alive.

Many TikTok users cannot believe Kirill Tereshin is still sporting bulging muscles in his arms after he was forced to undergo life-saving surgery on them.

They are now urging him to seek urgent medical help before something terrible happens.

Kirill has become a social media sensation thanks to a series of bizarre clips and sketches in which he is either flexing his giant biceps or showing off designer clothing.

The 25-year-old was forced to have his enhanced triceps surgically removed but his bulging tree trunk arms look dangerously out of place on his slender frame.

If the colourful ink between his ballooned upper arms is anything to go by, Kirill, who goes by the moniker of Ruki Bazuki, clearly has an interest in the extra-terrestrial.

It says something about the lad that an alien tattoo in the middle of his chest surrounded by a spaceship and planets, is not the most eye-catching thing about him.

Rather than dedicate his life to lifting weights in the gym, in 2017 Kirill from Pyatigorsk, southern Russia decided to get big arms with permanent synthol oil injections.

Aside from looking absolutely bonkers, synthol can damage muscle tissue and endanger cardiovascular health which has led to Kirill's TikTok followers expressing their concern for his life.

One person commented on a recent video: "Popeye the sailor man… On a serious note they really are gonna pop."

A second said: "Go to the do doctor b4 its too late."

"Go to the hospital," a third wrote.

Synthol itself is made up of 85% medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil, 7.5% lidocaine, and 7.5% alcohol, according to Healthline.

Lidocaine is designed to reduce pain and the alcohol helps sterilise the mixture and reduce the risk of bacterial infection. MCTs are typically found in coconut and palm oils.

The self-proclaimed bazooka reportedly had synthol injected with a syringe deep into his arms which immediately began to expand.

Unfortunately for Kirill, whose online content often involves dodgy dancing with his girlfriend Alisa Musa, synthol has done nothing to improve his strength. This was evidenced when he was forced to tap out of a cage fight.

In 2019 he fought fellow Russian online personality blogger Oleg Mongol in the cage. Kirill and his tree trunk arms were battered by his normal-sized opponent and Popeye was forced to tap out.

In the same year he decided to take on Russia's face-slapping champion Vasiliy 'The Dumpling' Kamotskiy at his own game. Kirill came out of the contest half awake and barely able to stand.

After doctors warned Kirill that he may lose his arms, he went through two rounds of surgery to remove dead muscle and skin from his triceps.

His biceps though still remain blown up which has been the cause of some mocking him over TikTok.

One joker said: "His arm is pregnant!!"

Someone else warned: "Stay away from heat sources for your own safety."

"Dubai called they want their oil back," was another cheeky jibe.

But a group of his fans are still marvelling at Kirill still being alive and kicking despite the risk to his heart that his arms pose.

A TikTok user commented: "Still living amazing."

Similar responses include: "This guy still alive?" and "You still live."
