The US state of Texas has become a hotspot for UFO sightings, with "hundreds" seen this year alone, a researcher has claimed.
Daily Star Online recently revealed how residents in the deep-south state city of Dallas witnessed the infamous snake-like UFO in the skies.
But, in an exclusive chat with this site, the investigator who shared the pictures has said such a sighting is just the tip of the iceberg.
Jane Kyle, 34, runs UFO site texasufosightings.com and theweirdufoshow.com.
When asked by Daily Star Online how many UFOs are seen each year, she said: “I have been meaning to get an exact, statistical count but I don’t know the exact number.

“I know there is a regular trickle every single week – they’re seen every week.
“They’re seen every week, so definitely sightings are in the hundreds every year and sometimes they’re even seen every day.”
Jane said that it is not always a regular flow of sightings.
“You’ll have a really busy summer where some people are seeing a specific type of UFO-like a triangle,” she continued.
“And then you’ll have a few months where there doesn’t seem to be a lot of activity but, on average, they’re seen several times a week.”
Among the UFOs that Jane recently noticed was a snake-like object similar to those that have swept across the US this year.
The object – which she first spotted on a MUFON article – was described as looking like a “long pipe” with a “dull metallic colour”.
After she posted the report to her site texasufosightings.com, another person called in to claim he had seen the exact same thing hovering over the same location in Dallas.

The 34-year-old admitted it was a possibility the craft belonged to the US military, saying: “I think it could be our own top-secret military – that’s an argument we can always have until the end of time because it’s something we don’t have access to as the public.”
But the bizarre shape and movement of the “craft” led Jane to believe there was a different explanation.
“A snake-like UFO, I feel like I want to lean towards that not being something of our own,” she added.
