ARSENAL are reportedly set to miss out on Ajax winger David Neres after Paris Saint-Germain joined the race for his signature.

Esporte claims Thomas Tuchel wants to bring the Brazilian, 21, to the Parc des Princes this summer after a dismal Champions League campaign.

PSG crashed out to Manchester United in the last 16 after being 2-0 up from the away leg – much to the dismay of their fans and billionaire owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

But PSG again cruised to the Ligue 1 title and Tuchel will be given another season to get things right.

Uruguay superstarEdinson Cavani is set to be offloaded after clashing with team-mate Neymar on numerous occasions, which means Kylian Mbappe is set to take over as the team’s central striker.

And Tuchel has apparently identified £44million-rated Ajax ace Neres as the man to fill the vacancy wide on the right.

The playmaker was a key man in Ajax’s European run, with the Dutch side literally seconds away from pipping Spurs to a place in the final against Liverpool.

And PSG are ready for Neres to link up with compatriots Neymar, Thiago Silva, Dani Alves and Marquinhos in a new-look XI next term.

Gunners bossUnai Emery is believed to be a big fan of Neres but might have to look eslewhere for an attacking wideman.

SOCIAL MEDIA went into meltdown after Barcelona's website listed Alexandre Lacazette as a player — but it appears to be a technical glitch.

The Gunners' forward, 27, has had his best season in North London after helping fire them to the Europa League final.

But almost completely out of the blue, his name has appeared on the Barca site in the 'Players' section with a £70million valuation on his head.

It would seem unfathomable to Gunners fans that the club would sell him, with their Champions League qualification on the line in the Europa final in two weeks' time.

However, it seems there is a technical issue on Barcelona's website that allows all number of players to be named on it in this way.

Every player they play against is actually listed on the site.

The odd flaw sent users on social media into meltdown thinking Barca had actually captured Arsenal's most effective attacker.

A Twitter user @afcevan had a simple explanation for the flaw.

He tweeted: “Anyone worrying about Lacazette being on the Barcelona website, stop.

“They put every player who they play against on there, simply change the 4 digit code and it changes to a different one.”

PATRICK VIEIRA is a shock managerial target for West Brom.

The Baggies are set to speak to Chris Hughton following his sacking by Brighton, but also harbour an interest in the Arsenal legend.

Vieira has impressed the West Brom board with his work at New York City FC and Nice, in particular his record for bringing through young talent.

The former midfielder led Nice to 7th spot in Ligue 1 last season.
