Manchester United fans have slammed Paul Pogba for the role he played in Willian’s goal at Old Trafford.
The Brazilian opened the scoring after 32 minutes when Chelsea brilliantly counter-attacked a United set-piece.
Willian started his side’s attack by winning a header in his own area before Victor Moses beat Paul Pogba in the air to break the Blues free.
The winger then eventually received the ball back from Eden Hazard who blasted past David De Gea at the Spaniard’s near post.
Following the goal, United fans were left furious with Pogba believing had he won the header Willian’s goal could have been prevented.
To put things into perspective, Moses is 5ft8in while the United midfielder is 6ft2in.
One United fan tweeted: "Willian’s goal all stemmed from Pogba not attempting to win the header with Moses, who’s about a foot smaller than him…"
While another added: "That attempt of a header by Pogba is embarrassing, Moses is half the height of him and Pogba never got close."
Luckily for Pogba, Willian’s strike was ruled out seven minutes later.
Romelu Lukaku rounded off a neat passing move to find an equaliser.
