Florida prosecutors say they plan on releasing footage of Robert Kraft allegedly receiving sexual services in a massage parlor — even though the Patriots owner is still fighting in court to keep the video under wraps, according to a new report.
In court documents filed Wednesday, state prosecutors say they intend to release secretly recorded clips of Kraft and other men allegedly soliciting sex at the Orchids of Asia Spa through the case of a woman accused of managing the business, the Boston Globe reports.
Alleged spa manager Lei Wang had asked to suppress the videos and a hearing on her request is scheduled for May 17 — but the prosecutors say they can’t wait until then, according to the Globe.
The prosecutors said they’ll go ahead and release the videos unless a judge steps in to stop them.
Kraft’s attorneys argued against the release of the clips to the media in his case at a hearing last week, but the judge is yet to decide.
During the hearing, his attorney said the footage is “basically pornography.”
The 77-year-old billionaire was busted earlier this year for allegedly soliciting prostitution at the spa after cops installed secret cameras inside the business. He has pleaded not guilty.
