ABP's Bear Brown proudly boasts about ‘my son’ River in sweet new snap after he reunites with baby mama Raiven Adams

ALASKAN Bush People's star cast member Bear Brown proudly boasted about "my son" River in a sweet new snap after reuniting with his baby mama, Raiven Adams.

The photo comes after Bear and his baby mama Raiven have decided to rekindle their relationship, despite the rocky past they've shared.

Fans know Raiven became pregnant in 2019, and earlier this year, she filed for a restraining order request against him and accused him of "erratic" and "abusive" behavior.

However, days before she gave birth to their son, she dropped the request.

Bear filed for joint custody of River in March, with Raiven insisting on “restricted visitation” with their son.

They did not reach a custody agreement after months of fighting.

But things took a turn when Bear met his child for the first time after Raiven traveled to Washington with their baby in late September so the father and son could finally meet.

During the trip, Bear and his former fiancée Raiven made the decision to forgive one another and give their relationship a second chance.

Although fans have not been happy about Bear's choice as one person chimed in: "It’s great to see you smile but don’t let your guard down.

"Remember what she’s already done. Be safe and enjoy your family.”

Another agreed and told the ABP star to listen to the “words of wisdom” the commenter sent over.

Fans' worries also came after court papers exclusively obtained by The Sun revealed that married a woman on September 10, 2016 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The woman filed for divorce from Raiven in Michigan nearly two years later on June 28, 2018.

Although Raiven has never addressed her previous marriage specifically, she has referenced having a past relationship with a woman.

Raiven said at the time: “The moment I’ve been dreading…. It’s been brought to my attention, the social media stalkers of my new found life. Have found my ex who was a female, I have fought for my peace of mind in my sexuality, and in my life. I’m proud of myself for loving myself, in every aspect of life.

"We split due to being together at a young age, and not being ready for a relationship. Not being right for one another, we haven’t been together for almost 3 years. I am with Bear! I am happy and he is what I want every day of my life. My past is my past judge me for whatever you want, but don’t do it like this.”

Things seem to have smoothed out for the formerly warring couple after Raiven went to Washington last month to allow Bear to meet his infant son.

Just days after meeting his son for the first time, Bear announced on Instagram: "Hey everybody! I have some awesome news I'd like to share with everyone.

"After meeting River in person and seeing Raiven again, we found out that we both still have feelings for each other, so we've decided that instead of being co-parents, we are going to be just parents!"

Following Bear's announcement, Raiven shared her comments: "This is our story, it’s messy, it’s ugly, it’s beautiful and kind. Nothing goes exactly as planned and that’s also okay.

Sometimes beautiful babies are born and they help turn the bad days to good ones. Sometimes people make mistakes and that’s also okay. This is real this is raw and this is honest.

This is my family, my son and my partner and I’m not concerned with how it’s viewed."

Bear seems to be happily spending time with his baby River.
