Ant McPartlin's soppy Valentine's Day cards and wedding planner thrown out by ex Lisa Armstrong

SOPPY Valentine’s Day cards from Ant McPartlin to his ex have been binned in her big clear-out.

Lisa Armstrong also ditched their wedding planner book in a skip.

The sentimental items were among stuff left on the street for folk to take.

One card from Ant, 44, to Lisa, 43, read: “To the bestest wife in the whole world. Happy Valentine’s Day! I love you soooo much, for ever. Hubs x.”

The Sun told on Tuesday how Lisa is clearing out their former marital home in West London.

Alec Hannan, 38, spotted the cards after being given permission to rifle through a skip for Ant’s Newcastle United memorabilia.

He grabbed the couple’s wedding planner with seating arrangements for their £150,000 nuptials at Cliveden House in 2006.

Alec, of Newcastle, also found Ant’s personalised blue dressing gown from a 2006 celeb golf event.

He said: “We found loads of stuff. The wedding book’s the thing that surprised me the most. It had so much detail in it.

“I can understand why she’s getting rid of it all. It’s over and she’s beginning a new chapter in her life. There’s no reason for her to keep hold of it.

“But the cards, wedding planner, the handwritten messages — they show how in love they once were. Sadly, it didn’t work out.”

Alec also bagged a dog bowl belonging to the couple’s labrador Hurley and Piers Morgan’s autobiography The Insider.

He added: “I’m going to keep the wedding planner but the rest of it I’m going to auction off.

“Someone in Newcastle has already offered me a couple of hundred for the dressing gown.

“They clearly didn’t want any of it or they wouldn’t have just left it for anyone to take out the front.”

Ant is now with Anne-Marie Corbett, 43. Lisa has also found love with electrician James Green, 38.

She got a divorce last October on the grounds of Ant’s adultery.

In 2017 the I’m A Celebrity host went to rehab for drink and prescription drug addiction.
