BLAC Chyna revealed the secrets to her whopping 53lbs weight loss as she stripped to her gym kit for an intense outdoor workout.
The reality TV star – who gave birth to second child Dream last November – told fans she was now only 8lbs short of her post-pregnancy target, which would see her tip the scales at 130lbs.
She started her health journey weighing 192lbs.
Taking to her Snapchat page, busty Blac treated fans to a run-down of her al fresco exercise routine which saw her kitted out in a trendy grey patterned sports bra and matching skintight leggings.
Keeping things trendy, the former exotic dancer matched her trainers to her top and kept her brunette locks away from her face with the help of a wide headband.
To make the most of the amount of calories burned, she then opted to add a neon pink waist trainer.
Blac – who recently split with fiance Rob Kardashian – started her clip with her impressive fat shedding stats before getting stuck into some forward lunges.
She then held her hands to her head as she jogged on the spot before informing her followers she was working on "hip flexor and stability training" as she attached one leg to a resistance band while moving the other in a wide circle.
Proving she was committed to the cause, the mum-of-two took to her account the day before to upload a more in-depth, two minute analysis of her varied workouts.
This saw the qualified beautician getting sweaty with weighted squats while jumping up and down a step as well as grabbing dumbbells for a weight session in the park.

Yesterday, an image of Rob Kardashian's ex fiancee has emerged on Twitter, showing the former performer in similarly toned shape when she was a fresh-faced and altogether more natural beauty.
One social media user took to the site to share a snap she claims shows the mum-of-two, who was then going under her birth name, Angela Renee White.
It claims to depict Blac, now 29, flashing a beaming smile for the camera and virtually make-up free and prior to cosmetic surgery enhancements as she stands in a salon.
Appearing to be taken well before she found fame, the star poses in a cute blue and grey skintight frock with a plunging neckline – yet the clingy attire is a far cry from her raunchy clobber she is now known for.
Blac has since forged a successful career as an entrepreneur and launched her own make-up brand and Lashed Bar salon after graduating as a make-up artist in 2013.
The newly-surfaced snap serves to prove she has worked hard to get to the top of her profession.
Blac's smiley shot comes after she successfully won a restraining order against her KUWTK co-star Rob, dad to their little girl Dream.
She has threatened to sue Rob if he posts more “revenge porn” of her online.
Their spat came ahead of the news they will now share custody of Dream, born earlier this year, following his unprecedented online rant.
Appearing on Good Morning America earlier this week, Blac explained her reaction to Rob, 30, posting explicit posts of her on social media.
She said: “I was devastated, of course. I’m like, how could somebody, like, post these pictures of me? And I’m like ‘Wow, okay.’
“This is a person that I trusted. I confided."
