Eamonn Holmes cheekily suggests Joe Swash isn’t father of Stacey Solomon’s baby

Cheeky Eamonn Holmes has suggested that Joe Swash isn’t the father of Stacey Solomon ‘s baby.

The Loose Women star and her beau recently announced that they’re expecting their first baby together.

Stacey is already a mum of two boys and Joe has a son too.

Now, they’re extending their happy blended family with a new baby.

But as she appeared on This Morning today, Eamonn suggested Joe might not be the daddy.

He said: "We’re absolutely over the moon for her because there she is, she is with child, and as far as we understand the father is Joe Swash."

Stacey laughed as she said: "He is definitely the father, let me just clarify."

Talking about their life together, she added: "It’s really lovely actually because Joe and I are together with our two children and Joe’s son stays with us when he can."

Although she joked that Joe is "like a third child".

She said: "The kids adore him, almost more than they like me at time.

"I am quite strict but I’ve got to be, someone’s got to."

Stacey was on the show to talk about her new book, Happily Imperfect.

She was praised by Ruth Langsford for being so rule and unafraid to show her stretch marks and make-up free face on Instagram .

Stacey said: "If you can reach out to people I think I have a responsibility to let people know who the real person is behind the screen."

Stacey said she understands the pressure for people to look and act a certain way because she feels it too.

The former X Factor contestant said she and Joe are "definitely" going to find out whether they’re having a boy or a girl.

And she said she’ll be grateful as long as they have a healthy baby.

* This Morning airs weekdays from 10.30am on ITV
