Emmerdale reveals Graham Foster return hopes as Joe Tate needs help

Emmerdale has hinted that Graham Foster could make a return to the village next week.

Graham, played by Andrew Scarborough, has been keeping his distance from Home Farm after subjecting Joe Tate to a vicious attack.

Last month, Graham got drunk on the anniversary of his wife’s death and took his frustrations out on Joe (Ned Porteous) in violent scenes.

Although Graham vowed to seek help for his issues once he’d sobered up, he was left devastated as Joe warned him not to come back after his rehab.

In next week’s episodes, it’s Joe’s younger brother Noah Dingle (Jack Downham) who may be responsible for bringing Graham back to the village.

Noah becomes concerned for his sibling when he finds Joe consoling himself with a bottle of vodka after a difficult few days.

When a struggling Joe then goes in search of even more alcohol, Noah realises that he needs to take action to help him get back on track.

After Noah sends a mystery text, will Graham come to Joe’s rescue? If so, how would Joe react to Graham defying his orders to stay away?

Emmerdale airs these scenes on Monday, September 3 at 7pm on ITV.
