GAME of Thrones star Lena Headey looks worlds away from her Westeros alter ego in a newly released first-look trailer for sci-fi series Beacon 23.
Lena is taking on the role of a government agent sent on an outer space mission in the new twisted sci-fi thriller.
The trailer for Beacon 23 has dropped, and it shows Lena, famous for her role as the cruel queen Cersei Lannister, cast as government detective Aster, who winds up on the titular space station after her ship crashes.
Stephan James (Homecoming) portrays the Beacon's boss, Halan, and at first, he seems courteous towards her, but soon things turn bitter as Aster demands to see the Beacon's classified information.
Halan, confused and unsure of who Aster says she is, disapproves her request, and a rift starts to grow between the two.
The two will shortly discover that they must put their trust issues aside and work as a team to fight against whatever attacks the Beacon.

“Aster mysteriously finds her way to the lonely Beacon-keeper Halan, and a tense battle of wills unfolds.
"Halan begins to question whether Aster is friend or foe, as her ability to disguise her agenda and motives could make her a formidable opponent.”
