Georgia Harrison broke down in tears as she filmed her new documentary, Revenge Porn: Georgia vs Bear.

The former Love Island star spoke about dealing with the stress of the case which she brought against fellow reality TV star Stephen Bear after he secretly filmed the pair having sex and leaked it without her consent.

Joined by her mum and friends Kaz Crossley and Theo Campbell, Georgia discussed the mental, emotional and physical toll the ordeal and its aftermath had on her.

She recalled feeling "forced" to leave her flat and move back in with her mum as she felt "anxious" every time she stepped outside, with Bear living across the road from her.

Kaz told viewers that she remembered Georgia telling her that she "doesn't want to be here anymore."

Love Island's Theo explained that he'd tried to warn Georgia off of Bear after they met on reality TV show, The Challenge.

The trial against Bear lasted three days as she had to be cross-examined. She was also shown images of the act in order to identify herself.

"It's really hard for me, having to look at myself in such a vulnerable case," she added. "Conviction rates are low, my whole life is at stake."

After being questioned by the defence, Georgia shared that she'd told the court that Bear had "hung me up on a wall naked for millions of people to see."

"This has changed my life unequivocally," she continued.

Over on Instagram, TOWIE star Ferne McCann told her 2.9million Instagram to tune in as she watched along to support her co-star.

"Super proud of @georgialouiseharrison," she wrote. "I will be tuning in tonight to her documentary on ITV2 10pm."

Kaz also shared a snap of the documentary onto her Instagram.

"The way you've gone through these court proceedings will help so many people," pal Olivia Attwood said in a voice note at the end of the documentary.
