GMB: Susanna Reid says Piers Morgan ‘picks’ on her

Good Morning Britain journalists Nick Dixon, Richard Gaisford and Jonathan Swain were on location to talk about the latest stories including the cold weather. As Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan cut to Jonathan who was at Wembley reporting on the FA’s plea to social media companies total action against racism, they noted he was braving the cold without a hat. Piers noted the difference between Jonathan’s outfit and Richard’s, who was wearing a flat cap.

As the hosts compared what the journalists were wearing to keep warm in the cold weather, Susanna joked her outfit was completely “inappropriate”.

Susanna, who was wearing a red sheer lace dress, remarked: “I would like to point out, I could not be dressed more inappropriately for the weather, but don’t want to rub it in, the studio is really warm.”

“You are dressed appropriately for all the newspaper page leads about you getting your, ahem, out,” Piers replied.

Susanna joking went to open up her dress as she teased viewers with a glimpse of her cleavage.

Those watching on Twitter were sent into a frenzy over Susanna’s comments with one posting: “How is it possible Susanna Reid gets more gorgeous every single time I turn my tv on, the woman is 50 years old! @susannareid100 #gmb #goodmorningbritain #itv.”
