A POPULAR superhero show is set to return for a second season -before the first one has finished airing.

The series centres around Young Supes at the Voight-run Godolkin University School of Crimefighting, who are put through a number of obstacles as they perfect their abilities.


Amazon Prime Video has now announced that The Boys spin-off, Gen V has officially been renewed for a second season.

It began streaming in September, with the final episode of season one set to air in November 3.

The superhero streams exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries.

Gen V features guest stars Clancy Brown and Jason Ritter.

There are also appearances from Jessie T. Usher, Colby Minifie, Claudia Doumit, and P.J. Byrne, reprising their roles from The Boys.
