Nigel Farage and Nella Rose discuss cultural appropriation
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! has been hit with fresh Ofcom complaints following Nella Rose’s exit from the jungle. According to TV watchdog Ofcom, the ITV series has been hit with a further 433 complaints following the episode which aired on December 1.
A spokesperson confirmed to Express.co.uk: “The majority of complaints related to alleged bullying comments by Nella, to Nella being made camp leader, and to her being exempt from some trials.”
The new complaints report comes after the show was hit with 1,717 Ofcom complaints following Nella’s row with Fred Siriex on November 21. A further 856 complaints were related to the alleged racial offence from Nella’s comments to Nigel Farage on November 22.
During the episode that aired on December 1, viewers were left fuming after Nella quit another Bushtucker Trial. Later on in the programme, the YouTuber was voted for another trial but was soon made exempt from it.
The star was embroiled in a “fix” row after Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly announced Nella was exempt from a trial.
