I’m A Celebrity’s Owen Warner says he ‘cried all the time’ after emotional journey

I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!'s Owen Warner has admitted he was "crying all the time" after an "amazing" and emotional journey in the hit ITV show's jungle.

The Hollyoaks actor, 23, who finished in second place to Queen of the Jungle Jill Scott, appeared on Friday's episode of Loose Women.

During the chat, Owen admitted he couldn't "comprehend" all the support and love he got during his time on the show, adding: "I just never in a million years thought it would be like this!"

He added of coming out of the jungle: "I was just crying all the time, so many times when I come out I had to just take myself off and have a little cry at just how amazing it was.

"I love kind people and beautiful words, there was so much of that. I just had no idea, I didn’t expect it!"

It comes as Owen and Charlene White had an emotional reunion during the appearance on Loose Women.

The Hollyoaks star and presenter and journalist, 42, were unexpectedly reunited when Charlene made a surprise appearance during Owen's interview about his time on I'm A Celeb on Friday.

Owen was speaking on the show about the friendships he'd formed in camp when he was introduced to an unexpected visitor.

"The one person who was trying her very best to feed you at the beginning was Charlene… and she happens to be here. There she is!" said Kaye Adams.

Charlene then walked onto the set and yelled "Owen!", to which the soap star bounded up to her and gave her a big hug.

"Where did you come from? You can't sneak up on me like that!" Owen said.

After sitting down at the Loose Women table, Judi Love asked Owen: "How did Charlene look after you when you were in there?"

Owen replied: "Oh, this woman here is just amazing. The most beautiful person inside and out.

"What a chef as well! Charlene taught me so much in there about myself… she just really, really…"

Owen then paused as he looked on the verge of tears before adding: "She just really looked after me".

Owen and Charlene struck up an emotional friendship on this year's I'm A Celeb, with Charlene often taking on the role of cooking duties and Owen entertaining the camp with his constant chat about how much he loved food.
