The former X Factor star shared a video with her fans yesterday and said she's managed to lose her baby weight by avoiding the gym and breastfeeding.
Katie welcomed baby boy Hudson at the end of July.
She wrote: "Post Baby Belly 3 and a half weeks in!
"The reason I wanted to post this is because before baby came I put so much pressure on myself to bounce right back!
"I told myself I’ll be back in the gym within days and now I can’t help but laugh at that!
"What with the exhaustion of being a new mum mixed in with the new found attitude of I don’t actually care what I look like I just carried and birthed a little human being.
"I wanted to share my body positive message of ‘it’s ok, you are wonderful just as you are’.
"I must admit it’s true what they say about breastfeeding, the weight / fluid retention just drops off!
"I went from 162lbs to 138lbs in a matter of weeks and that’s me not doing anything!
"The female body is truly amazing and has left me breath-taken time and time again!
"New Mum New Me! Thank you for being part of my journey! WE GOT THIS!"
And Katie's fans were impressed by her progress.
One wrote: "You look incredible ❤️ You really are such an inspiration!"
Another said: "Girl you shouldn't step foot in the gym before docs check you over at 6 weeks!
"Our bodies are incredible but they also need adequate time to heal fully internally enjoy these early days…the gym will always be there."
A third said: "This is such fantastic attitude to have and to show other new mothers out there.
"Society puts to much pressure on everyone not just new mothers. Thank you for posting this great positive video and attitude you have… it’s absolutely contagious."
