Khloe's first public relationship dates back to 2008 but she has had many notable romances since then.

Khloe’s relationship with Tristan has been on and off since August 2016.

Khloe and Tristan welcomed their first child together, True Thompson on April 12, 2018.
On February 20, 2019 it was reported that Khloe had split from Tristan after he cheated on her with her sister Kylie's best friend Jordyn Wood.
Following that incident, in April 2018, Tristan Thompson was spotted "kissing" a woman in nightclub footage.
PageSix reported that Khloe and Tristan are not dating anymore but a friend revealed "they’re getting along. There is no drama.”
Adding: “Everything is amicable and they are on the same page with co-parenting.”
On September 13, 2021, Tristan posted an Instagram begging fans for "more compassion & less hate" after Khloe was "banned from Met Gala" for being "too C-list."
Tristan uploaded a pic of him on the beach holding a bottle of 818 tequila, the booze brand owned by Kendall Jenner.
Alongside the happy snap, Tristan wrote: "More smiling, less worrying.
"More compassion, less judgment. More blessed, less stressed.
"More love, less hate," finishing off with palm tree and sea wave Emoji icons.
Khloe commented: "818!!!!"
The duo appear to be on good terms as they were spotted together to pick up daughter True from her gymnastics class, reportedly.
Is Khloe Kardashian planning on having more children?
In March 2021, Khloe revealed she made embryos with Tristan so they could have another child.
She made the announcement on Sarah Hyland’s Lady Parts
She said: "We realized that my eggs aren't strong enough to be frozen. They should be mixed immediately with sperm to make embryos. So I actually have made embryos.
"And then, with Covid, finding this whole fertility process, if you do need assistance in fertility, it's much more challenging during Covid."
