The reality star, 37, has been generating buzz about her body amid drama with ex Tristan Thompson.
Khloe was spotted in Los Angeles with daughter True at her gymnastics class.
She wore a black hooded sweatshirt and tight black pants which emphasized her thinning frame.
Her long blonde hair hung down her back and she shielded her face behind large sunglasses.
Khloe has been looking increasingly thin as of late, causing concern from fans.

Fans have been buzzing about Khloe's figure for some time now.
Recently, the star was accused of photoshopping a photo – something she's had to deal with in the past.
It started when she shared a photo of herself sporting a nude bodysuit, showcasing her curves amid her serious slim down.
Khloe hasn't addressed the drama, instead continuing to post.

PHOTO DRAMA
In the photo in question, Khloe posed in a skintight Good American one-piece, posing with her legs crossed in front of her as she sat.
She accessorized with gold hoop earrings and styled her hair in a sleek middle-part.
Her company shared the photo on their Instagram account, calling her a "Bodysuit Babe."
Critics alleged that the image looked as though it had been retouched.
One such person commented: "I don’t think this be photoshopped anymore.
"Let’s see the unedited photo though" another wrote, while a third posted: "There is something wayyyyyy off about this photoshop job."
Khloe's weight, however, has dominated the conversation.
SLIMDOWN SCARE
Recently, a TikTok user with the handle "ImLauriee" shared concern over how quickly Khloe appears to have lost weight.
"Can we talk about how skinny Khloe Kardashian has gotten?" she said.
"Her legs are so small. Should we be blaming Tristan? I just don't understand. I'm concerned."
Tristan – who shares daughter True, three, with Khloe – fathered a child with Maralee Nichols back in December 2021 following a lengthy affair.
In January, he admitted in an Instagram post that he is the father of Maralee's child.
He also issued a public apology to Khloe.
He wrote at the time: "Khloe. you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you.
"You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions have certainly not lined up with the way I view you.
"I have the utmost respect and love for you, regardless of what you may think. Again I am so incredibly sorry."
The pair were in a relationship at the time of Tristan's affair with Maralee.
Following months of silence regarding the scandal, Khloe finally opened up about it during an interview with Variety earlier this month.
She said: “I wish I never had to talk about that because it’s not a fun thing to talk about.
“But it is part of my journey in life, so we will see it on the show."
STILL GOT IT
Although Khloe's body has changed recently, one thing has not: she still has her signature Kardashian curves.
The reality star showed off her booty while working out in a sports bra and leggings last week.
Khloe posed standing on a treadmill in front of a full-body mirror.
She showcased her tiny figure in high-waisted pink leggings and a matching light pink sports bra, topping the look off with pink sneakers.
Prior to that post, Khloe took to her Instagram Story to share a video of herself rocking a blue sports bra and matching leggings.
Not long after Khloe posted the video, fans flocked to Reddit to share their concern over Khloe's appearance.
One worried user wrote: “I know Khloe seems very happy with her body lately and I’m happy for her, but I can’t help but be concerned when she posts these stories because she’s so skinny so suddenly??”
Others wondered if Khloe dropped the weight due to her ex Tristan's scandal.
One fan suggested: “Tell me your bf cheated on you with a fitness model without telling me he cheated with a fitness model.”
