KOURTNEY Kardashian has been seen heading home with her husband, Travis Barker, after giving birth.
Kourtney, 44, gave birth to her son Rocky last week after having late-onset complications.
On Tuesday, the Kardashian and Travis, 47, were spotted on their way out of the Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
The new parents looked exhausted and stoic as they got into a large black SUV in photos obtained by TMZ.
The Blink-182 drummer was in the driver's seat while the Hulu personality sat shotgun.
Their son wasn't in sight due to the tinted windows, so it's unclear if he was in the backseat.
Kourtney and Travis haven't officially announced the birth of their baby.
Before Rocky, The Kardashians star had three children with her ex-husband Scott Disick: Mason, 13; Penelope, 11; and Reign, eight.
Travis also has two children from his previous marriage with Shanna Moakler: Landon, 20, and Alabama, 17.
SINCE THE BIRTH
Kourtney has been happily cuddling her baby after dealing with her high-risk pregnancy.

SCARY ENDING
Kourtney's pregnancy took a stressful turn when she took a trip to the emergency room for fetal surgery at the beginning of September.
In an emotional black-and-white snapshot, she showed her hand, which had a tube sticking out of her skin while holding Travis' hand.
In the caption, Kourtney said: "I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life.
"I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterward, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this."
She continued: "As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery.
"I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear."
