Lorraine Kelly fans fuming as she forced off air because of election

Lorraine Kelly fans were not pleased today as her ITV show was cancelled.

The Scottish presenter's daytime TV show was axed today and replaced by an extended episode of Good Morning Britain instead to cover the general election results.

And some fans were not happy that Lorraine was replaced by Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid's show.

Many hit out on Twitter as it was announced Lorraine wouldn't be on today.

A tweet from the official Lorraine Twitter account read: "We're off air this morning as @GMB bring you all the latest from #ElectionResults2019 live on @ITV."
